學校圍牆拆除，引起校園安全的疑慮，到處充滿歡笑聲的情景，孩童快樂成長的模樣，是否將成為遺珠之憾？ 校園規劃不再只是替學生著想，居民也屬於校園中的一份子，與社區維持良好的互動關係，使居民能推己及人疼愛學校，主動關心校園進而成為守護學校安全的最佳資源。 視線隨著屋頂的弧度而移動，低處側向人行道延伸，彷彿是彎下腰鞠躬迎接著居民的到來，高處側朝向運動場，結合泳池二樓更衣室採光設計，陽光從三角形頂蓋投射使空間更加明亮，同時保有機能需求的隱密，以運動場上選手的視角而望，彷彿揮著旗幟，替場上揮灑汗水、奮力奔跑的跑者大聲喝采。 入口處的寬敞階梯引導進入室內，旗幟排列末端一支戶外樓梯，在不同視角下皆能看見旗幟隨風飄揚的意象，就如同港口白色燈塔似的，指引居民前來的方向，訴說著這裡有條通往泳池的小徑。 不論從哪進入室內，映入眼簾的是那自然光透過玻璃帷幕灑下波光粼粼的水面，一望無際、有如大海似的泳池，側邊放置器材的教室，沿著大廳的樓梯來到二樓觀眾席，站在最前線俯視的視野，感受比賽的緊張與刺激，盥洗室與下水區連貫的便利性，準備好在建築的庇護下，享受在水中的自由。

Upon entering the building, visitors are greeted by the warm natural light that shines through the glass curtains, revealing the swimming pool and the adjacent classrooms. The design also provides convenient access to facilities such as washrooms and launch areas, ensuring that visitors can enjoy the facility comfortably and effortlessly. Additionally, the layout and design allow visitors to observe and experience the atmosphere of competition from a spectator's perspective on the second floor.
